YOLO in Fort Lauderdale Introduces Fresh Menu Items and Cocktail Selections

Several exciting additions to the dinner, lunch, and brunch menus and a selection of new cocktails have been introduced at the renowned YOLO located on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. With Chef Rodion Chitikov at the helm, the updated menu showcases a variety of flavors, from light and fresh seafood to bold and spicy options. The cocktail selection also stands out, featuring a creative blend of spirits and playful names for a vibrant drinking experience.

On the dinner menu, guests can enjoy a variety of small plates including Steak Tartare ($21) with Harissa, Spiced Nuts, Feta Cheese, and Crispy Lavash; Yellowfin Tuna Tartare ($22) with Sesame Thai Chili, Citrus Ponzu, and Coconut Rice Cracker; and Seafood Ceviche ($19) with Seasonal Fish and Shellfish, Orange-Tomato Aquachile, and Crispy Taro. A new addition to the Kneaded menu section is the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni ($42), made with Maine Lobster, Herbed Bread Crumbs, and Chili Flakes. For those who prefer salads, the Burrata and Panzanella Salad ($19) with Tomato, Cucumber, Green Olives, Basil, and Oregano Vinaigrette is a delightful choice from the Grown section. The new Specialties feature includes the Swordfish Milanese ($38) with Fennel-Citrus Salad, Capers, and a Brown Butter Vinaigrette. Guests can also opt for the Make it Surf n Turf add-on, which includes a 3oz Maine Lobster Tail, Broiled and Aerated Hollandaise, to complement any of the YOLO signature Dry-Aged Steaks for an additional $30.

The new lunch menu features the Mediterranean Bowl, priced at $26, featuring Roasted Peppers, Pickled Onions, Marinated Garbanzo Beans, Avocado, Blistered Tomatoes, and Tzatziki. Diners can choose a White Rice Pilaf or Greens and Grains base and add proteins for an additional $5. The protein options include Catch of the Day, Shrimp, Harissa Salmon, Peri-Peri Chicken, or Chimichurri Steak. Additionally, guests can enjoy the Chef’s Weekly Handhelds, which offers a rotating menu of chef-curated sandwiches and tacos (price varies). Our new lunch menu includes Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare, Seafood Ceviche, Burrata and Panzanella Salad, and Spicy Lobster Rigatoni.

YOLO also offers one of the most sought-after brunch experiences in the area. Their menu features classic favorites such as bottomless mimosas ($25/$50) and Steak and Eggs ($35), all enjoyed amidst the vibrant weekend atmosphere perfect for people-watching. And now, they’re introducing new offerings, including Overnight Oats ($14) with coffee-soaked, Macerated Berries and Guava Cream, a Smoked Salmon Florentine Benni ($20) with Brioche, Creamed Spinach, and Hollandaise. Additionally, the brunch will showcase seafood Ceviche, Burrata and Panzanella Salad, and Spicy Lobster Rigatoni.

Patrons at YOLO in Fort Lauderdale can enjoy a selection of new, colorful, and entertaining cocktails. These include the “She Made Me” with Ketel One Vodka, Luxardo Cherry, and Chinola ($15), “My Tie” with Barbancourt Overproof Rhum, Diplomático Rum Blend, Banana, Orgeat, Pineapple, Lime, and Cocoa Bitters ($15), “Sunset Seduction” with Basil Hayden Bourbon, Ginger Root, Lemon, and Mango ($17), “Tulum Trip” with Ilegal Mezcal Joven, Tamarind Jam, Pineapple, and Lemon ($16), and “Lychee Lust” with Gray Whale Gin, Lychee, and Vermouth Bianco ($15). During Happy Hour, the “Sunset Seduction” and “Lyche Lust” are available for $8 each, Monday – Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. These cocktails are accessible at the indoor/outdoor bar, Las Olas-front patio and lounge, and dining room.
