The Great Indoors

iFly

Jump in: Imagine experiencing the sensation of freefalling from several thousand feet—without having to leap out of a plane? This place has you covered. The indoor skydiving facility features a 14-foot-wide wind tunnel powered by four electric motors, allowing people of all ages to fly on a smooth cushion of air. Before getting fitted with flight gear (suit, goggles, helmet), passengers will complete a training course with a certified instructor, who supervises in the chamber and helps you soar (and spin) to new heights. Lean forward into the whirling air, and you’re off.

Sky-Zone

Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Jump in: Sky Zone does its best to deliver entertainment consistent with its motto: “Stay Active, Stay Healthy, Stay Happy.” Get your game on in ultimate dodgeball or trampoline dunking; challenge your friends to a race through the Warrior Course; fly, flip or climb a wiggling ladder over a pit of foam squares; or team up and strategize for trampoline laser tag. For a break from the competition, find your inner acrobat in the wall-to-wall trampoline courts. After dark, lasers, music and black lights transform the park into a bouncing dance club.

OffTheWall-TravelHost

Off The Wall

Jump in: Literally bounce off the walls at this trampoline park, which boasts 5,000 square feet of wall-to-wall jump space. Dip, dive, duck and jump in the trampoline dodgeball court, or dunk from new heights. Challenge yourself or race friends through the ropes course, which hangs 15 feet above the arcade and presents a bird’s-eye view of the facility. Height clearly is the name of the game here; there’s also a rock wall and two-level laser tag arena to conquer. Don’t take them on with an empty stomach: The café has a full menu of french fries, hot dogs, nachos and more.

Wow-Factory-3

The Wow Factory

Jump in: Billed as an “indoor playground and family fun center,” The Wow Factory has something for everyone. Toddlers can roam in their own play area. Kids can play the 50-plus games in the arcade, walk the elevated ropes course, take a shot at laser tag, avoid the laser in the Laser Frenzy Maze, dodge foam balls in the Ballocity obstacle course, and climb the 28-foot rock wall. Teens can bowl at Wow Alley. Adults can, too, while enjoying craft beer and wine. After working up an appetite, the whole family can enjoy the café (which offers comfort food, such as burgers, pizza and wings) and sweet shop (for coffee and chocolate desserts). For summer birthdays, the 30,000-square-foot facility also features party rooms.

Monster-Mini-Golf

Monster Mini Golf

Jump in: An old pastime is challenged here, where it’s Halloween year-round. Try to focus on your swing as animated monsters talk, wiggle and squawk throughout the 18-hole, glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course. The artwork, much of which refers to pop culture, is enhanced with black lights and reflects the course’s location. After a round or two, learn to master the Laser Maze, a timed mission to cross a dark room without breaking any of the green laser beams radiating from the walls. An arcade rounds out the fun, featuring games as new as Fruit Ninja to the classics, such as Skee Ball and Glow Air Hockey.
