Sixty Vines Brings the Essence of Wine Country to Fort Lauderdale

The vineyard-inspired restaurant will open on Las Olas Boulevard.

Sixty Vines, a restaurant celebrated for bringing the charm of wine country to its guests, will debut in Fort Lauderdale this March. Nestled at 800 East Las Olas Boulevard, the venue offers a curated selection of 60 wines on tap from renowned wine regions worldwide, complemented by vineyard-inspired, shareable dishes perfect for enjoying with friends.

Sixty Vines’ fresh, relaxed atmosphere seamlessly aligns with the vibrant energy of Las Olas, often hailed as Broward County’s dining and entertainment hub. Covering more than 10,000 square feet across two floors, the restaurant features an indoor/outdoor bar, an elevated second-floor dining area, and several private dining spaces. The design strikes a balance between style and comfort, with cozy banquettes, communal tables, and inviting lounge-style sofas. Sixty Vines is poised to become downtown Fort Lauderdale’s premier destination for everything from laid-back get-togethers to memorable wine-centric dinners.

“After living in Fort Lauderdale for several years, I’m excited to share the Sixty Vines experience with the community,” says Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “Our goal is to make wine culture fun and approachable. We can’t wait to join the eclectic mix of shops and restaurants that make Las Olas such a sought-after destination in downtown Fort Lauderdale.”

Sixty Vines provides a relaxed, approachable atmosphere where guests can enjoy a wine flight, sip a glass, or share a bottle with friends. Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, the vineyard-inspired menu highlights seasonal flavors crafted with locally sourced ingredients. Signature offerings include customizable charcuterie boards, fresh salads, and hand-tossed pizzas. Entrée highlights feature dishes like Atlantic Salmon, Pan Roasted Chicken, the Double Cabernet Burger, and Wood-Grilled Bavette Steak. For dessert, favorites like Sticky Toffee Cake and Deviled Affogato steal the show. To enhance the experience, the knowledgeable team is ready to recommend the perfect wine pairing to complement the shareable menu selections.

Sixty Vines collaborates with some of the world’s top winemakers to offer exclusive wines rarely found by the glass. The drink menu also features hand-crafted cocktails, from the bold and spirit-forward Tequila Fix to the light and refreshing Frozen Aperol Spritz, along with a selection of beers, mocktails, and non-alcoholic wines. While showcasing a premium wine selection, Sixty Vines maintains a laid-back vibe, inviting guests to enjoy everything from multi-course wine dinners to a quick glass of wine and a snack for a perfect mid-day or evening pick-me-up.

Sixty Vines’ innovative wine-on-tap system provides an eco-friendly way to enjoy wine. Each reusable keg holds the equivalent of 26 bottles and can be refilled up to 1,500 times throughout its lifespan. This sustainable approach not only minimizes waste and supports environmental conservation but also delivers guests an authentic “from the barrel” tasting experience, bringing the vineyard closer to every glass.

The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, with brunch served on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m. For more details, visit www.sixtyvines.com. Both self-parking and valet options are available for guests.
