Seagate Beach Club in Delray Beach Hosts Full Moon Yoga Series

The events will be held during every Full Moon in 2023.

The Seagate Beach Club in Delray Beach is launching a Full Moon Yoga series featuring classes on every Full Moon for the rest of 2023. At 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 30, anyone can unplug, unwind, and relax on a private beach. CocoYogi hosts the 60-minute Full Moon Yoga class and features a relaxing lunar meditation, moon salutations, yoga poses and a moonlight cool down.

Guests should bring a mat, towel and water. The price is $20 and all levels are welcome. After a relaxing yoga session, guests can unwind with some drinks and nibbles at the Atlantic Grille located in The Seagate Hotel. The executive chef, Glenn Rogers, offers a menu of wholesome coastal cuisines such as summer burrata, vibrant salads, fresh vegetables, ahi tuna crudo, gluten-free pasta and grilled seafood dishes.

Additional Full Moon Yoga dates are Sept. 29, Oct. 28, Nov. 26 and Dec. 26. The Seagate Beach Club is located at 401 South Ocean Blvd. For more information, visit seagatedelray.com/events or call (561) 330-3775. To purchase tickets, visit eventbrite.com/e/full-moon-yoga-tickets-328825194007.
