Puppy Pampering!

Bring your pups to be washed and pampered while giving to a good cause. “Dog Wash for a Cause” is a group started by Sarah Jane Rogers, a sophomore at the Medical Academy of Science and Technology (MAST) in Homestead. She has volunteered many hours at the rescue and organized the first ever “Dog Wash for a Cause” in 2014. It was such a success, raising over $2,000, that Sarah Jane has committed to making it an annual event.

All proceeds raised by this event will benefit Paws 4 You Rescue, Inc., a no-kill animal rescue for dogs on the Humane Society’s euthanasia list.

So on March 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., bring your canine companions to Paws 4 You Rescue, 8717 SW 134 St., Pinecrest.
