Pink Steak Opens in West Palm Beach

Executive chef Aaron Black will offer a contemporary twist to traditional steakhouse classics.

Julien Gremaud, a renowned restaurateur, has expanded his restaurant portfolio by adding Pink Steak. The now-open steakhouse is Gremaud’s third venture, alongside Avocado Grill and Avocado CantinaPink Steak at 2777 S. Dixie Highway will offer a unique take on traditional steakhouse fare with Florida-inspired recipes. The restaurant promises a fine dining experience under the direction of Executive Chef Aaron Black.

The restaurant draws inspiration from the vibrant atmosphere of Miami. It celebrates the essence of South Florida and seeks to provide its patrons with a memorable dining experience. It boasts a beautiful wrap-around bar that serves signature cocktails, including the Pink Flamingo Martini. This delightful concoction contains fig-infused vodka, pomegranate, grapefruit cordial, and lime juice. The interior dining room can seat 120 guests and features a 15-foot brass flamingo statue as its centerpiece. The room is adorned with stunning pink and emerald green banquettes, which add to the overall ambiance of the place.

The menu at the restaurant offers a grand selection of caviars and seafood tower options as openers. Customers can also choose from various salads, with a chophouse Cesar offering a unique take with wood-grilled romaine. The menu includes signature rolls, hot starters, and an interpretative “Raw-Ish Bar” with Tuna Cones, Tiger Shrimp Cocktail, Beef Tartare, and a Hamachi Crudo. The rich interplay of ramps, avocado, and saffron vinaigrette elevates these dishes.

The restaurant’s menu offers a selection of Steaks and Chops carefully curated to highlight different cuts and marbling intensities. The reductions range from lean Filet to classic NY Strip, primal cut Ribeye, two types of Wagyu, and nutty Dry-Aged Bone-In NY Tomahawk. Each cut can be wood-grilled over hickory wood or enhanced with a signature Pink Steak coffee-rub, based on the diner’s preference. For those looking for an extra layer of culinary flair, there are options to add crab and lobster, seared foie gras, or house-made sauces and garnishes.

Standout menu items include dishes like Maine Lobster Risotto and Free Range Chicken. One of its unique dishes is the Miso-Glazed Verlasso Salmon, often called the “Kobe of the sea.” The chef’s focus on local ingredients is evident in their vegetable-centric sides, such as Broccoli Rabe with pickled sweet corn and parsley gremolata, Miso-Glazed Eggplant, and Roasted Cauliflower with labneh and walnut dukkah.

At Pink Steak, guests can enjoy delicious in-house desserts prepared daily. The range includes traditional favorites like brûléed banana tiramisu and more whimsical options like merengue yuzu pie. The restaurant offers signature cocktails like the Cafe Old Fashioned, made with high proof bourbon, creme de cacao, espresso, and black walnut bitters for those looking to enjoy a drink alongside their dessert. Guests can also indulge in bottle service as the evening progresses.

The restaurant features a spacious outdoor patio with 55 seating capacity, and a DJ booth is intentionally placed inside the open-style kitchen to provide background music. According to Gremaud, also a DJ, Pink Steak’s exceptional food is just one of the many attractions of the restaurant. Every detail of the guest experience has been taken care of, making the experience highly interactive and immersive for all visitors.
