In an unexpected year, there’s an unexpected perk South Floridians can take advantage of. Given Miami-Dade County’s transition to phase two of reopening, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau is extending Miami Spice Months, Miami Spa Months and offers on museums and attractions through Oct. 31.
“With our vibrant destination gaining some semblance of normalcy, we heard from our partners and the public that they shared a desire to continue this programming,” said William D. Talbert, III, CDME, President & CEO of the GMCVB. “Between Miami Spice, Spa offers, hotel offers and Museum and Attractions benefits, there are endless safe and fun things to do, and above all is the potential this has to bolster the hospitality industry and its constituents. The GMCVB will never stop finding ways to help Miamians navigate through the rapidly changing situations of the past several months.”
This year, the programs not only offer opportunities to support the local economy but also contributes to the area’s recovery. The programs are a part of Miami Shines, a comprehensive travel and tourism recovery program featuring promotional incentives to promote Greater Miami and the Beaches.
