Miami Health and Wellness Months starts February

Though we’ve made it through the first month of 2021, there’s still lingering stress from 2020. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau has the perfect solution: Miami Health & Wellness Months, running Feb. 1 through March 31.

Part of the Miami Temptations series, the program features promotions, discounts, special offerings and hotel stays with wellness activities such as exercise classes and more from area spas, medical centers and fitness spots. Miami residents can find care for their bodies, minds and souls at the following program participants: Biscayne National Park Institute, Element Miami Doral, Biltmore Hotel Spa, SLS South Beach, Hilton Miami Dadeland, Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, Baptist Health Miami Beach, Amare Ristorante and more.

“Miami Health & Wellness Months comes at a good time to help locals and visitors start the year off right,” said William D. Talbert II, C.D.M.E., President and CEO of the GMCVB, in a release. “Through the range of experiences and offerings, it is our hope that those who reside in and visit this vibrant destination get to indulge in some well-earned pampering. While the program only lasts fifty-nine days, we’re aiming to show that Greater Miami has opportunities to indulge in self-care year-round.”

Some highlights from GMCVB include free Zumba classes, discounts on spa treatments at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, discounts on stand-up paddle board tours at Biscayne National Park Institute, and discounts on nutritious meals at Amare Ristorante. Plus, there’s the Stay and Spa package from DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort & Spa, home to the Zenith Salon & Spa.

This year, GMCVB also hosts a sweepstakes with Spafinder, offering one lucky winner at $100 Spafinder gift card at GMCVB’s Instagram page.
