Jack & Jill Center’s Annual Winter Carnival Returns

The fun-filled community event aims to raise much-needed funds for children and families in need.

The Friends of Jack & Jill Center is gearing up to host the Second Annual Winter Carnival, featuring an exciting day of carnival rides, games, arts and crafts, food, face painting, photo opportunities, a live DJ, and more. The community fundraiser is scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. on Feb. 4 at Jack & Jill Center’s Halmos Family Building at 1315 W. Broward Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. Carnival rides include mechanical swings, inflatable bounce houses, a four-in-one sports center, a pirate ship ride, a surfboard, and an obstacle course. The public event is open to all ages.

The Friends of Jack & Jill Center is committed to developing community awareness, fundraising, and program assistance for the Jack & Jill Center’s children and their families, which aims to enhance the welfare of children and families through innovative education, supportive programming, and community engagement. The Jack & Jill Center in Fort Lauderdale has served 30,000 children and families in South Florida since 1942. 

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is the event’s primary sponsor. Individual tickets are available for $2 per person (children under two years of age are free), with additional registration options to support the children and families of Jack & Jill Center. Food tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
