Experience an Exquisite Lunch Menu at Il Mulino New York – Miami in Acqualina Resort and Residences

Who said lunch is simply meant for a quick and rushed experience during the workday? Or even any other day. At times, you want to treat yourself. For example, is it necessary to hold off when it comes to enjoying delectable food in an elegant environment? I’m here to say no, especially after experiencing the new lunch menu at Il Mulino New York – Miami in Acqualina Resort and Residences. Let’s just say it’s worth the visit.

Il Mulino New York – Miami is an elegant staple in Sunny Isles Beach. When you visualize and hope for a beautiful space where you can dine and at the same time hold a conversation with your plus one, this is it. Once you arrive to Acqualina Resort and Residences, you’ll quickly feel like you have landed in a place that holds exciting secrets beyond its doors and its impressive high-rise buildings.

Il Mulino New York – Miami has been crafting Abruzzese cuisine and is known for its professional service. The Italian restaurant’s original location in Manhattan has had dedicated clients that head to the restaurant for authentic, yet creative, cuisine for decades. The location in South Florida is no exception, and it brings the same type of environment to Acqualina Resort and Residences.

It’s no secret that the food is fantastic, filled with fresh flavors and ingredients that are hand-selected for each dish. Although the restaurant is an upscale one, it still has the feel of a wholesome Italian restaurant and one where diners can connect with family and friends. There, they will feel included and welcome and will be immersed in the tradition that comes with dining at a place that cares about authenticity and about treating each visitor as family.

While dinner at Il Mulino New York – Miami is famous for its dining experience, it’s exciting to be there and experience the same type of food and elegant treatment during lunch, and I highly recommend it due to its value as well.

The midday meal at Il Mulino New York – Miami is a welcome, affordable and luxurious experience. Priced at just $35 per person, the lunch includes a three-course meal with dishes created by Executive Chef Michele Mazza.

Il Mulino New York - Miami Salad

Executive Chef Michele Mazza is a chef with a true passion with cooking and with bringing the authentic tastes of Italy to South Florida. You will not be disappointed when you arrive and sit at your table for a meal. His passion is perfectly represented by its food and the obvious love that comes with preparing it.

Now, let’s discuss the food that you can select during lunch and some of my recommended favorites. Starters on the prix fixe menu include Burrata Caprese, with burrata and tomato, basil. Then there’s the Insalata Di Rucola, which perfectly mixes the flavors of baby arugula, cherry tomato, lemon and parmigiano Reggiano. And another great appetizer is the Insalata Di Polipo. grilled octopus, red onions, capers and frisée are the perfect combination for this dish, one that is truly to be enjoyed.

As for the main dishes and desserts, there are some fantastic ones to choose from for your lunch. For the main course, stand-out dishes include a Gamberi, with shrimp, cannellini beans, frisée and white wine sauce. Then there’s the classic Paillard Di Polloa pounded chicken with tomato, arugula, and onion.

Just leave some space and remember that you can pair your meal with a glass of wine or cocktail throughout the dine, if you wish to do so. And make sure to end it with a refreshing and traditional Gelato.

An unforgettable and classy dining experience, make sure to set some time aside to treat yourself to lunch at Il Mulino New York – Miami. You won’t regret your decision.
