Angelo Elia offers more than 15 Italian-inspired breakfast dishes, including the chef’s  take on traditional American breakfast foods. A menu favorite is the Nutella croissant, made with ricotta, orange zest, fresh-cut strawberries, vanilla gelato and, of course, the popular hazelnut-cocoa spread drizzled over the creation. Complementing Las Olas’ contagious energy, B Square’s brunch menu has a number of mouthwatering classics. Bottomless mimosas and sangrias are available, including the B Square Bloody and the Bacon Bloody. This craft beer bar and gastropub has a simple-yet-flavorful brunch. Tap 42 not only has unlimited mimosas and bloody marys for $20 but also appetizing items such as the Grilled Salmon Zen Bowl, with pan-fried brown rice, green vegetable stir-fry, truffle miso glaze, toasted sesame and salmon. With the promise of a fine-dining experience, NYY Steak is one of the area’s most popular steakhouses, and live entertainment and bottomless mimosas make its Sunday brunch something to remember. For $75, choose from bacon and sausage, creamy chipped beef and sausage gravy, made-to-order omelets, pancakes and creme brulee French toast. (Sundays, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.)
