Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park Introduces New Culinary Pop-Up

K-Bop Bop is a new Korean BBQ concept.

The Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale has launched a new culinary pop-up that promises an exciting culinary journey with the arrival of K-Bop Bop, a Korean BBQ concept by Mad Room Hospitality, a prominent player in South Florida’s dynamic food and entertainment scene. K-Bop Bop offers fused traditional Korean dining with a contemporary twist to create the newest iteration of Korean cuisine.

The pop-up restaurant offers customers a chance to explore the rich gastronomic heritage of Korea through its dishes. The menu includes a variety of options such as crispy Yangnyeom Dakgangjeong, which are Korean Fried Chicken Wings coated in a harmonious sweet-spicy sauce, versatile Bibimbap bowls, savory Bulgogi – grilled skirt steak, fiery Dak Galbi – boneless chicken thighs and aromatic Samgyeopsal pork in a garlic-soy glaze. K-Bop Bop also offers plant-based options that include Yachae Bokkeum – sautéed vegetables, and savory Dubu Gangjeong – vegan tofu.

Mad Room Hospitality’s dedication to authenticity, creativity, and community in South Florida has made its restaurants a favorite among locals and visitors, with the brand’s hotspots and eateries such as Ball & Chain, Mai-Kai, Los Altos Taquerias, and Taquerias El Mexicano being well-known. The brand’s latest venture into the world of “K-Food,” with the introduction of K-Bop Bop, a Korean BBQ concept that blends traditional Korean dining with a modern twist, is the latest addition to their portfolio. Mad Room Hospitality has plans to expand K-Bop Bop throughout the market in the future.

“Our ultimate goal has always been to inspire, create, and celebrate authentic experiences with our concepts here in South Florida,” says Zack Bush of Mad Room Hospitality. “Now, with K-Bop Bop, we extend an invitation to enjoy our latest creation, celebrating the flavors of Korea with us at The Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park.”
