The show goes on online at Broward Center

While Broward Center for the Performing Arts has had to close its physical doors, it’s opened its virtual doors to South Florida residents.

Fort Lauderdale’s destination for premier entertainment recently introduced online educational classes in acting, singing, dancing and improv through Broward Center Education at Home.

Supported by the Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation, the classes are released in the schedule below.

 

Mondays at 4:30 p.m.

Classes to Go

20-minute singing, acting, dance or improv classes with different Broward Center teaching artists.

 

Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. and Sundays at noon

Spotlights Sing

Students from the Broward Center’s Spotlights class perform Broadway tunes.

 

Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

Broadway Chat Series

A live stream featuring special guests and Broadway professionals with interactive chat.

 

Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.

Singalong with Miss Tammy

Broward Center artist-in-residence Tammy Holder presents a fun musical theater experience for children.
