MONOPOLY® game enthusiasts will have a chance to prove their skills while raising money for charity at the 16th Annual MONOPOLY® Event & Casino Night event. The night is hosted by Boca Helping Hands (BHH) at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, at The Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, 2425 West Maya Palm Dr. in Boca Raton. Guests will compete for the Boca Helping Hands title of MONOPOLY® Game Champion. The evening will include hors d’oeuvres and dinner, a silent and live auction by auctioneer Neil Saffer, casino gaming, and a DJ.
“This event is so much fun and unique,” Gary Peters says, president of Boca Helping Hands’ Board, a two-time National MONOPOLY® Champion who will serve as the MONOPOLY® tournament mediator. “Think about how you loved Monopoly as a kid. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the game again.”
Proceeds from the event will help assist Boca Helping Hands, a community-based nonprofit that provides food, medical, financial assistance, education, job training and guidance to over 27,000 people annually.
