BBX Capital Partners With Neighbors 4 Neighbors to Adopt 56 Families Battling Childhood Cancer

BBX Capital and its family of companies recently partnered with Neighbors 4 Neighbors to support the organization’s Adopt-a-Family 4 the Holidays initiative over the holiday season. Through the initiative, BBX Capital “adopted” 56 families with children battling cancer and provided them with a spectacular breakfast and gifts from Santa.

During the program, the families enjoyed the Neighbors 4 Neighbors Holiday Heroes Breakfast presented by BBXCapital at the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale. At the event, each family was given a catered breakfast and beautifully wrapped gifts, personally delivered by Santa. Before the event, the families provided a wish list of gifts which were purchased by “Santa’s elves”—employees from the BBXCapital Family of companies (BBX Capital, BBX Capital Real Estate, The Altman Companies, IT’SUGAR, Hoffman’s Chocolates, Hof’s House of Sweets, Anastasia Confections, and Renin).

“BBX Capital and all of its employees feel so privileged to be able to support Neighbors 4 Neighbors and bring so much joy to these children and their families during the holiday season,” Jarett Levan says, president and CEO of BBX Capital. “All of our associates are so proud to participate in opportunities to help others and this was a very truly special way to bring joy to these families, especially during this time of the year.”

The event enabled the children to enjoy having their photos taken with Santa, courtesy of Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. It also featured face painting, a balloon artist and holiday tunes provided by DJ Pr?c. As a special treat, each family decorated their own three-foot pre-lit Christmas Tree with sweets from Hoffman’s Chocolates, Anastasia Confections and IT’SUGAR.
