American Heritage Schools Hosts Virtual Job Fair for Teachers

Educators around the U.S. are invited to attend.

American Heritage Schools are inviting educators from across the United Statesirtual “Job Fair and Free Continuing Education” webinar. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. Attendees will get insights about job opportunities and the advantages of teaching at American Heritage Schools’ Broward and Palm Beach campuses.

During the upcoming webinar, Dr. Douglas Laurie, the President of American Heritage Schools, will speak directly to participants about how the school’s mentoring program supports educators’ professional growth. Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn 1.5 hours of continuing education credit from the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF). The webinar will feature Todd Nesloney (pictured), a nationally recognized educator, award-winning author, and two-time TEDx speaker. Currently serving as the Director of Culture and Strategic Leadership for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA), Nesloney hosts the podcast series “Honestly, #LetsTalk.”

In his upcoming lecture, Nesloney will discuss his innovative teaching practices and emphasize the importance of educators taking initiative and not making excuses for their inability to provide for their students. Nesloney will elaborate on his use of technology in the classroom and school-wide, offering fellow educators valuable insights on effectively leveraging the tools at their disposal to foster a dynamic learning environment for children.
