All Aboard!

After being derailed last year by COVID-19, The Polar Express Train Ride returns for a holiday run on Brightline that originates only at the MiamiCentral Station (Fort Lauderdale will not host the ride this year).

The immersive, one-hour experience—based on the popular Christmas picture book by Chris Van Allsburg—promises golden tickets, hot chocolate, Walkers Shortbread, interactive games, songs and dancing, and plenty of additional surprises (including, rumor has it, a visit from Santa). Face coverings will be required for everyone 2 and older.

Tickets, already on sale, start at $50 for rides beginning Dec. 11 through Dec. 30. (600 NW First Ave., Miami; miamithepolarexpressride.com
