East Meets West

Lifestyle magazine, Terra and Botaniko Weston brought together top chefs and restaurateurs from east Broward for a panel discussion and foodie spectacular in Weston. More than 300 people gathered at the Botaniko sales gallery to hear Adrienne Grenier (3030 Ocean), Kim Bokamper (Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill), Mike Linder (Silver Lining Catering), Tim Petrillo (The Restaurant People) and Giovanni Rocchio (Valentino Cucina Italiana) share insights about their respective restaurants and discuss industry trends. Lifestyle group editor Kevin Kaminski served as moderator. Guests enjoyed fare from the participating restaurants, including Casa D’Angelo, and a specialty cocktail courtesy of YOLO.
